A: Fuel Supplement
Fuel supplements have been added to reflect increases in the cost of aviation fuel. These supplements vary by tour operator, airline and route.
Transfer
Many tour operators offer a transfer service from your arrival airport to your accommodation. This is usually a stress-free and inexpensive method of transport.
Depending on your destination, the location of your accommodation and the size of your party, you may find it cheaper and more convenient to arrange your own transfer or car hire. (All major airports will normally have taxi, trains & buses).
In flight meal
Whilst booking your holiday you may be given the option to include/exclude flight meals or select special meal options (vegetarian, vegan, kosher etc). The options will depend on the airline you are travelling with.
Flight supplement
We based our original price on the lowest cost flight seats for the holiday you have requested. If these seats are unavailable a flight supplement may be added/subtracted.
Occupancy supplement
This is an under-occupancy supplement, charged when there are fewer adults in your party than the maximum occupancy of your accommodation.

This is an undefined supplement delivered by the tour operator and may refer to flight or room extras, for further details please call us.
Late Booking Supplement
This is an administration fee charged by your tour operator to cover costs of ticket production and late booking fees, for further details please call us.
